December 12th
Heating is all on, floor coverings are fitted everywhere except stairs
and mezzanine - these areas will be done over the next week. Decorating
and external works are progressing well. White goods have arrived and
are in the kitchen. Plumbing & electrical work is continuing. Furniture
has been ordered and will arrive mid-January. Audio visual works will
be completed in the New Year.

November 28th
Decorating is progressing well, heating is partially on and cleaning of the stained glass is in progress.
Flooring in the kitchen, corridor and toilets will go down next week with carpeting going down once the decorating is complete.
Audio visual connections are being made with the final installation taking place in January.

November 14th
Decorating has started, the light fittings are
almost in place, folding screen doors are being fitted
and the heating should go on next week. Furniture and
floor coverings have been ordered. External works to the
grounds will be commencing shortly.

October 31st 2007
Low surface temperature radiators are almost all fitted. Sanitary ware and toilet cubicles are currently being installed. The kitchen installation is progressing and the café counter is being built.
Decorating will be commencing towards the middle of November.

October 24th 2007
We now have lighting in the building which
makes a huge difference. The kitchen is partly installed, the entire floor
has been sheeted, all other works are continuing satisfactorily.

Here are the photos from the latest site meeting. The walls are being sheeted,
sanitary ware has arrived, electrical sockets/switches etc are being fitted and all
the light fittings are now on site (as you can see from the architect holding one up
to show us what it looks like above the mezzanine!)

Here are the latest photo's taken at yesterdays site meeting! The wiring and plumbing works are well under way. The mezzanine floor is taking shape.....although still accessed by a ladder!
Roofing works are in progress and the joiners will soon be starting to sheet out
the walls.

August 13th 2007
The steelwork for the mezzanine level is now in place. Plumbing, electrical and roofing work are all taking place at the moment and the next phase of joinery work should begin soon.
 
 
July 11th 2007
The base for the stage is now in place and the framing
is almost complete between the main hall and the side
areas. Rot treatment works are in progress (as you can
see by the removal of the ceilings and paneling round
the walls), electrical installation starts next week and
the steelwork for the mezzanine level is also due to
arrive soon.

26th June 2007
Work is progressing well. The roof is now on the rear area, framing is in place for the toilets and they are working on the framing for the side partitions in the sanctuary. Heating pipes are being laid
and concrete being poured for the steels for the mezzanine floor! It's a definite hive of activity!!
